Pain Speaks, Are You Listening?Presented by
Ann Hudson RN, CHPN
This presentation is developed for nurses interested in enhancing their knowledge of pain and pain management.
- Learn about pain and it's impact on society.
- Learn the principles of a pain assessment.
- Describe ways pain manifest itself and learn treatment modalities.
- Identify classifications of pain.
- Identify manifestations of pain in cancer/non-cancer diagnosis.
Criteria for successful completion include attending the entire session and turning in an evaluation form.
