The Foundation for Knox Community Hospital is committed to raising and managing funds to support the worthy needs of Knox Community Hospital as determined by the Directors of The Foundation for Knox Community Hospital. In 2007, The Foundation approved over $60,000 for purchases for Knox Community Hospital.

- Fetal Monitor for Obstetrics
- Data Scope Monitor for the Nursery
- Stress Test System for Cardiology
- Blanket Warmer for the Medical 6th Floor
- Various Supplies and Training for Departments
- Ultrasound and Tip Locator for PICC Lines
- Lifenet Receiving Station for Emergency Department
