Jerry Weaver’s Good Time Jazz Band HeadlinesBenefit for The Foundation for Knox Community Hospital
The Parkside Restaurant & Tavern, 108 Mount Vernon Avenue, will be hosting a Mardi Gras/Fat Tuesday fundraiser with all proceeds to benefit The Foundation for Knox Community Hospital. The fun begins at 6:00 PM on Tuesday, February 5, 2008 with an authentic Cajun Creole Cuisine buffet dinner. There will be a live auction, raffle and 50/50 drawing. Headlining the event will be Jerry Weaver’s Good Time Jazz Band.
Reservations are required. The cost is $20.00 per person which includes dinner, entertainment, free party favors, chances to purchase a raffle ticket to win a gold coin valued at $120, a Kawai upright piano valued at $4,000 and many more exciting items. Tickets can be purchased at The Parkside Restaurant and Tavern or by calling 397-9031.
All proceeds for this event will be donated to The Foundation for Knox Community Hospital which will be used to purchase new equipment for Knox Community Hospital. The Foundation is a not for profit organization. All contributions stay in Knox County to help meet the healthcare needs of our community.
