The Foundation for Knox Community Hospital is an independent, non-profit organization established in 1979 to unite our community in the support of our hospital. The Foundation encourages philanthropic contributions that will be used to help address current and future needs of our hospital and community.
We believe that much of the strength of a community such as ours lies in having excellent healthcare close to home, with neighbors caring for neighbors.

The Mission of The Foundation for Knox Community Hospital is to establish and maintain relationships that generate philanthropic support to enhance Knox Community Hospital's ability as a community hospital to fulfill its mission.

The Foundation believes much of the strength of a community lies in having excellent health care close to home, with neighbors caring for neighbors. We will continue to evolve into an active and dedicated fund development entity that supports a first-class community hospital. We will work together with the hospital to serve as one set of eyes and ears to identify community health and wellness needs.

The Foundation for Knox Community Hospital commits to support the spirit, goals, and mission of the hospital through the work and involvement in Foundation activities.
