Foundation Governance

The Foundation for Knox Community Hospital consists of two classes of membership: Voting Members and non-voting members. There shall be no more than 45 Voting Members of The Foundation and no limit on non-voting members of The Foundation.

Any individual 18 years old or older interested in the advancement of Knox Community Hospital shall upon request be designated a non-voting member of The Foundation for Knox Community Hospital by making a monetary contribution or voluntary service to The Foundation or Knox Community Hospital.
