Arthritis is Topic of Wellness to Go Lecture
Wellness to Go is an on-going, convenient lecture series offered by the Center for Rehabilitation and Wellness at Knox Community Hospital. The topic of the June 13th lecture is arthritis. Jason Mentzer, BS, ASCS Exercise Specialist will host the event and have information available about the programs offered specifically for those who know first hand the difficulties experienced with arthritis. Guest speaker is M.E. Carpenter, Director of the Arthritis Foundation of Knox County.
The program will be held from 11:00am - Noon on June 13th at the Center for Rehabilitation and Wellness, at 1375 Yauger Road. Refreshments will be served, and those attending will have a chance to win a free month's membership to the Arthritis Aquatics Program offered by the Center. There is no cost, but pre-registration is requested by calling Jason at (740) 393-9875. This is a great opportunity to learn about the programs available locally for those who have arthritis and a chance to win a month's membership to the Arthritis Aquatics Program!
