Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

This course is for Physicians, RNs, LPNs, Paramedics and other healthcare professionals involved in providing Advanced Cardiac Life Support.

New and Renewal Providers

Day One: 7:45am - 3:30pm
Day Two: 7:45am - 1:00pm

Pre-Requisites
Current BLS and knowledge of EKG rhythms. Scored pretest and learning contract to be turned in the day of the class.

Course Fee
$35.00 for Knox Community Hospital employees
$75.00 for Knox Community Hospital physicians
$150.00 for non-KCH employees

Registration Info
Registration is required to attend this course. Registration dealine is two weeks prior to each course date. Enrollment is strictly limited to 24.

Cancellations
No refunds will be made after the registration deadline. Processing fee plus the cost of the materials will be retained for all cancellations. Note: Cancellation before registration deadline does not reserve the participant a place in the next ACLS course.

Current BLS
Participants must verify that their BLS (CPR) is current.

Knox Community Hospital (#OH-169) is approved as a provider of Continuing Education by the Ohio Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation (OBN-001-91). Provider status valid through 12/1/2008. Attendance at the entire course, completion of course requirements, and completion of a course evaluation are required to obtain Contact Hours.
